For our next Share the Wealth, Lucy Hedges and Tasha Morris will share stories, reflections and questions about the life path they have taken in the field of nursing.
Tasha majored in nursing and minored in theology at SLU and received her MSN Nurse Educator from Gonzago. She works at SSM St. Mary’s Neurological Intensive Care Unit and is also doing private duty nursing for pediatric patients with special needs.
Lucy applied to nursing school while on a medical trip in Haiti with her mom. She began nursing in New Orleans with adult transplant patients. Then she moved back to St Louis to work at Cardinal Glennon in the Pediatric ICU.
For friends who are nurses in the Saint Louis area who aren’t able to make it Sunday and for those who live far from Saint Louis, consider writing up a memorable story from your experience (a page or so) and send it as a message to me so I can share it with those at the gathering.
