My instructor asked questions such as: What had I done, in detail, from the time I had awakened until the time I arrived at the session, a period of one and a half hour? … Many of these questions I couldn’t answer adequately in the beginning of training. What a surprise to realize how much of life I was missing by failing to attend to the here and now.
