For our next Share the Wealth, Oliver Clark will be speaking about his experiences doing street photography in North St. Louis. In the past year Oliver has photographed the homelessness, drug addiction, abandonment, and recent activism of the North St. Louis residents through the lens of his camera. As a Social Worker, he works to raise awareness about the issues many of us would otherwise never witness. He will be focusing on his “North of Delmar” series which aims to bring awareness to the disproportionate amount of poverty that lies just north of Delmar Blvd. Come join us as he shares about how photography has opened his eyes to the poverty of the North St. Louis residents, and changed the way he sees St. Louis.
